Weekly Meal Preparation For NDIS Participants in Ballarat
Weekly Meal Preparation For NDIS Participants in Ballarat

For many people living independently, preparing healthy meals each week can feel overwhelming. With the right support and a simple structure, it becomes a positive routine that builds confidence, independence and wellbeing.

My Weekly Meal Preparation Support sessions are designed to help participants plan, prepare and organise meals for the week ahead in a relaxed and supportive environment.

Each session runs for 4 hours, allowing enough time to complete the entire process without feeling rushed.

What a Typical Meal Preparation Session Looks Like

Every participant is different, so sessions are adapted to individual needs and goals. A typical session may include:

• Planning simple meals for the week

• Creating a shopping list together

• Shopping for ingredients

• Preparing and cooking multiple meals

• Portioning meals into containers

• Organising the fridge or freezer

• Cleaning the kitchen space after cooking

By the end of the session, participants often have several ready-to-go meals for the week, making daily life easier and reducing stress around food preparation.
