Structured, Relationship-Based & Creative Independence Support

I provide calm, structured, one-on-one support designed for adults living independently who value stability, routine, long-term consistency — and, if desired, creative self-expression.

To maintain quality and reliability, availability is structured into two dedicated placement options, with tiered engagement pathways available within each.

I prioritise participants seeking ongoing support partnerships of six months or longer.

The Creative Independence Model

All placements may include one of the following engagement tiers, depending on individual goals and preferences:

🟢 Tier 1: Relationship-Based Support

Steady, structured one-on-one support focused on:

• Routine building

• Household structure

• Community access

• Morning and evening consistency

• Independent living support

This tier prioritises calm, predictability and long-term stability.

🔵 Tier 2: Creative Engagement Support

For participants who enjoy creativity and personal expression, support hours may incorporate:

• Structured creative sessions at home

• Art café or gallery visits

• Vision board development

• Personal creative projects

• Journaling and self-expression activities

• Skill-building through creative practice

These sessions focus on confidence-building, social engagement and personal pride — always aligned with individual NDIS goals.

🟣 Tier 3: Personal Legacy Creative Program (6–8 Weeks)

A structured creative journey delivered within regular support hours.

This program includes:

• Discovery and planning sessions

• Project development

• Community creative outings

• Skill refinement

• Final artwork completion

• Optional framing and presentation

Participants complete a meaningful, display-ready piece that reflects identity, story and achievement.

Option 1: Evening & Overnight Support Partnership

(One Dedicated Placement Available)

This placement is ideal for someone who:

• Lives independently

• Values calm, structured evenings

• Prefers one consistent support worker

• Is seeking long-term stability

Available Shifts

Evening Support 7:00pm / 7:30pm – 10:00pm / 10:30pm

Overnight (Sleepover) Up to three per week

Morning Support 6:00am – 9:00am

This support may be structured across 7 days per week if desired and can just be the night and morning shift without sleep overs.

This dedicated placement is reserved for one participant only to ensure depth, reliability and routine consistency.

Long-term agreements (6+ months preferred) provide the strongest outcomes for stability and continuity of care.

Creative engagement tiers may be incorporated within evening or weekend hours if aligned with participant goals.

Option 2: Structured Day Support Placements

(Ongoing Weekly Placements Available)

Designed for adults living independently who value consistent weekly support blocks.

Weekly Meal Preparation Support – Ballarat

Participants are supported to plan meals, shop for ingredients, prepare multiple meals and organise their kitchen so the week runs more smoothly.

Only a small number of spaces are available within these structured blocks.

A Commitment to Stability

I intentionally work with a small number of participants so I can provide consistent, reliable support without roster changes or burnout.

For this reason, I prioritise participants who are seeking:

• Ongoing weekly structure

• Long-term support partnerships (6+ months preferred)

• Clear communication

• Mutual respect

• Routine and predictability

Support works best when it is steady.

When trust is built over time.

When there is commitment on both sides.

Limited Capacity

Ballarat Independent Support operates as a boutique independent service.

Once placements are filled, availability closes to protect consistency and quality of care.

If you are seeking structured, relationship-based support — with the option to incorporate meaningful creative engagement — I welcome a conversation to explore whether we are the right fit.
